Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Amount

Any booking amount paid to TRISHANT INFRAESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED is generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
• Refund eligibility depends on project terms and booking stage
• Verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15–30 working days through the original payment mode or bank transfer.

Deductions

Administrative charges, documentation fees, taxes, or statutory deductions may be applied before processing any refund.

Project Cancellation

In case the project is cancelled by the company, eligible customers will be refunded as per applicable laws and agreement terms.
